1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product was purchased within 30 days of the request.
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You can provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked as ā€œFinal Saleā€
  • Gift cards or digital codes

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Wait for our approval and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the product back to our return center (customers are responsible for return shipping).
  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds apply to the product price only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost — no return required for damaged items.
